David M. Bittlingmeier, MS, CISSP, PMP, CTO

David has over 30 years experience, with over 10 years in Enterprise Information Security. He holds both a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and PMP (Certified Project Manager) certificate. As a consultant, he has offered strategic management perspective for executives seeking an unbiased source of education, insight and expertise in order to ensure the success of his client's business including outsourcing initiatives.

David has worked in both the private and public sectors, throughout the US and internationally. His clients include City and State Governments, Insurance and Financial Services Companies. In addition to consulting, he speaks at International Enterprise Security Conferences. He holds a B.A. from Saint Mary's with his M.S. from Golden Gate University.
